We have had many months specially when snowbirds book when we are rented for three months straight with only one maid clean, but also there are some months your maid cleans are higher because of shorter stays.
The ultimate goal is to get you in a position where your monthly bills are being paid every month and you are having no expenses out of pocket.
Real estate prices in this area have held firm over the past few years there’s very little inventory available at our resort, in past years we would have 20 to 30 condos a month on MLS, but currently we have less than five and they are selling quickly, within 12 days.
Disney World and Universal Studios continue to invest heavily in the area, over 85 million vacationers expected to visit yearly once travel restrictions are lifted.
Our gated resort, Windsor Palms, is an established respected vacation rental resort five minutes from Disney World, we are in the middle of everything yet set back in a conservation area where it is very quiet.
