Hi Alan. We just got in today after a delayed flight yesterday. We had a great trip to Orlando, over the condo it worked out perfectly for us. The accommodations could not have been better. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. So close to Disneyworld, great facilities on site, the kids loved the pool. Thanks for your help, our trip was awesome. We created many memories which we will be talking about for awhile! We will recommend your condo to others as well.

Alan and Lillian, I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for renting your beautiful condo to us (Jan 14-24/09). We had an amazing vacation largely due to the fact that we were not all crammed into a hotel room and I know that in the future should we be in the area, we would definitely come back to you to rent once again. I have a few friends who are interested in the possibility of renting a condo during their stay in the Disney World area (of course, I highly recommended you guys) and I was wondering if I can forward your info to them or if they need to go through the website first. Let me know when you can. Travel dates would not start for one of the families until summer break and the others would be into next winter.

Hi Alan. On behalf of Robert and Wendy and children, they would like you to know that they enjoyed your condo very much and were very pleased at how nice it was. They will definitely book again with you when they next go there. They are now home to the cold weather and suffering a little jet lag. Robert's dad and myself are heading off to California on the 14th january, tomorrow ,for a tour of the area and hopefully the weather will be as good as Florida. We are going for 16 days, we need some good weather after the cold winter in Ireland.

Hi Alan. Thank you so much for making your condo available to us for our stay in Orlando! What a wonderful condo, setting, great onsite amenities and accessibility to theme parks. My parents from South Africa, two of my sisters from South Africa and their families, and my sister from Toronto and her family all stayed in Floridays and were most envious of where we and my sister from Vancouver were staying! I simply lucked out thanks to reading the Burlington Post it seems! The location was perfect for visiting all the attractions near by. We even had time to enjoy the pool and our boys loved the arcade. Alan, I apologize I couldn’t get back to you earlier, after our return from Florida this month, but as is after each vacation the pile on one’s desk has become taller! We had a great time and enjoyed your rental home very much. We also loved the club house and the tennis court. My daughter had a blast in Magic Kingdom. We found everything to our satisfaction. Two things I need to mention related to the telephone: We were not able to figure out how to listen to the voicemail and the voicemail light was on. I thought you might have left a voicemail for the new renters. Not a big deal, just made me wonder since there were instructions for other things. Also, we booked water skiing and later when the company got me on my cell, they said they had called the condo, but no one had picked up. My husband was in that afternoon watching TV and said the phone never rang. Also, the fact that you provide free calling to US and Canada is a great plus and you might want to include it in the posting. Thanks a lot again. When our daughter is older and ready for the other parks, we will be calling you for sure!

Hi Alan, Thanks so much for the use of your home in Florida, we had a fantastic 3 weeks and enjoyed ourselves. Your home is ideally situated and very quiet, the lizards and tree frog reception at night when we got back was great, did they take much training!! We did not get to use the club house or pool but there is always next time. We will definitely recommend it to any friends that are going to Florida.
